1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We use Royal Mail or selected UK courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to postal disruptions, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.


4. Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £65.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying order total is reached.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free shipping promotions at any time.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders under £65 are calculated at checkout.

The applicable shipping rate will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


6. Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the packaging and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
