1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at:

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
• The product must be unopened and unused
• The item must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


3. Opened Supplements

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food supplements unless the product is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs where possible

If the product is confirmed faulty, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund, including return postage costs

5. Incorrect Orders

If we have sent you the wrong item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt
• We will arrange a replacement or refund


6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear once processed.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened supplements (unless faulty)
• Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period
• Products not purchased directly from our website
